Urban integrated pest management has been applied in developed countries for over the last 20 years in order to protect the health of humans and the environment. It is due to the side effects of using pesticides and increasing of strains of arthropods resistant to the pesticide. Although, in developing countries this challenge is still based on chemical methods which impose higher costs in vector control and also has side effects on human health the environment.
